And why do you worry about clothes? See how the flowers of the field grow. They do not labor or spin. Yet I tell you that not even Solomon in all his splendor was dressed like one of these. If that is how God clothes the grass of the field, which is here today and tomorrow is thrown into the fire, will he not much more clothe you—you of little faith?
Psalms 139:13 declares that God had created our innermost beings, knitting our physical body together within our mother’s womb. Now, look at your wrist, your hands, and skim over your network of veins. Observe the lines on the palms of your hands and the differing sizes of fingernails. Notice the colors and amounts of hair on your head and know we were knit together with care.
I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made; your works are wonderful, I know that full well.
